Vietnamese NEW YEAR (TET Holiday or Vietnam Traditional Lunar New Year ) is the most important celebration in Vietnam. Vietnamese NEW YEAR 2019 is dropped on 04, 05, 06, 07, Feb, 2019 as solar calender. All Hotels is still opened but some of surrounding shops and restaurants will be closed. Price of all services and goods in this event is normally double expensive.
3 Pin Plug Power Socket and 220 volt ???
In all hotel rooms, we use 2 Pin Plug Power Socket and suits for flat pin and round pin. if you need 3 Pin Plug Power Socket, we will give you adapter for this purpose.
2 Pin Plug Power Socket are very popular in Vietnam.
In our hotel and almost in Vietnam, we use 220 volt power.
main difference in the climate of Vietnam and that of my country?
Vietnam is both hot and humid. Combined, they make visitors from temperate countries sweat profusely. Drinking plenty of water and good sun protection is essential.
Change my currency for local currency?
If you have USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, JPY, SGD you can change to local currency (VND) at our hotel with the official daily exchange rate as national bank. 4% of service fee will be applied. If you change at the airport or other shops, exchange rate will be not good and some scams can be happened.
do you have safety box in room
yes, we equip a personal safety box in all rooms of the Hanoian Hotel.
Internet is free of charge?
Yes, it is. We have some internet computer for you at the lobby. Wifi is free of charge and in all rooms and all corners of Hanoian Elite Home Hotel. if you need a laptop, we will bring it to your room.

What do I do if I am a vegetarian?
There are many restaurants with vegetarian food. You will be served at your taste.

What are check in and check out time?
Check in time is 14.00, earlier check in with no surcharge if the room is available.
Check out time is before 12:00 noon.
Late check-out from 12.00 to 14.00: 30% charge
Late check-out from 14.00 to 18.00: 50% charge
Late check-out after 18.00: 100% charge

Can I have a room for fresh up before departing for the next trip ?
Yes, we are pleasant to lend you a room without charge please contact Reception. However, It depends on time of use and availability of room.
What is the payment method in May De Ville Legend Hotel & Spa?
You can pay in cash (VND, USD, AUD, Euro, GBP), by credit card (Visa, Master, Amex). With credit card, 4% of service fee will be charged.
To pay online, we will send you a link, you can click and pay via credit card (visa card, master card, JCB). It is 4% of service fee will be charged.
Can I leave the luggage at the hotel when I am traveling?
Yes, we have luggage storage. It's free of charge. we suggest you to leave big bag in our hotel while travel to Halong bay, Sapa and Ninh Binh.
Is quiet in the hotel?
All rooms have sound proof windows or double glazed doors to prevent the noise.
How much does it cost for the airport transfer service?
